Benefits of Stretching

Your body is flexible. How? Once you reach the books on the shelves at your upper. Have you reach a narrow path in small space? and you should be able to zip back to your favorite dress themselves.

What Is Stretching?
Stretching is an action that involves straightening or stretching the structure of the body.

How Does One Is Stretching?
Two different things, stretching and flexing differs. Old age becomes increasingly more limited due loosens tight muscles. Stretching as a routine is very important and should be done regularly.

In the normal day, simple stretches can be done and does not require much time and can be incorporated in the lifestyle.

In sports training, every body movement is essential. Stretching exercises should be done before training as preparation before a more rigorous activity.

Before playing, the athlete stretching by doing sit and reach, they sat on the floor, extend the legs and reached the end of their feet with the tip of their hands.

10 minutes to give the body enough opportunity to move to flex muscles to prepare for more complex movements. This is the best way.

Stretching exercises for 30 minutes or more will be made athletes wear out the body and unprofitable game.

What Benefits Stretching?

a). Increase the range of motion
    To strive to do stretching exercises, legs and joints can move, well before the injury occurred. This is
    because the length of the muscles and tendons increased.

b). Reduce muscle tension
     Regular exercise is carried out to relieve you of muscle pain and the possibility of injury is very small.

c). Increase Energy
     Stretching makes you move over and give you more energy. Stretching will also help increase your
     awareness, as know that you have a body that can do many things.
