Exercise is important .. why?

        What is exercise?

As we all know, exercise plays an important role in the healthy lifestyles.Do not lose lose weight diet, because it would make you suffer and hungry even more.

There are many exercises that can be done. Weird is right ..? Why before marriage, your physical body lean, but only after the marriage of our bodies become fat.

This is because when they get married, we eat well at guard. I do not mean sitting at home with family  we are not eating well, but when we get married, the feeling we get too excited because after all this new marriage.The hormones increase as do the activities at home with a wife and this causes us to always be felt hungry.



Here I explain how to exercise with the right method.

If you effort to hire personal trainer, you can do it with your personal training but if you dont effort just listen with my method.

This is important fitness tips by stretching the body before sports activity.The correct streching to the body by do a warm up streching exercises from your leg to head to avoid bodily injury during sports.


Three times a week is enough for us to do an exercise example like jogging on track, do the proper push-ups and other activities. This exercise is not only to maintain health but also to increase metabolism and increase the resilience of the attack of diseases.

An incident had occurred where a man doing jogging activity. After finished the jogging, that man continued to drink a lot of water.

Guess what happened?

Yes, that's right. That man was dead after drink the water because the heat after exercise. After finished that jog that man should rest about 10 minutes before he drink the drinking water.

That's my story about exercising outdoors, how to exercise in the house. Who say we can not work out at home.

Let me share together.

For example, you are a very busy worker and a husband. There is another way for you to make a good exercises to lose weight and can maintain your health. Various jobs can be created, especially when involving children. They always make the house mess, without them life is not fun. They made a mess that can create a good exercise if you know the benefits of this advantage. Take your time to set the item in the right places, do you realize your every movement was a workout. Do you believe it..? but why you sweat. See, it is proven.

Another example is to wash the car by your self. Instead of sending your car to a car wash, washing it with your own good is better. Proven it is saves money and makes your body more health.If you are a hard worker and did not have time to exercise. This is a simple exercise and can be done at home even once a week. 

Another subsequent tips for those who have not jog and suddenly want to go jogging. Do not force yourself to continue to run continuously in the jogging park. You should run slowly followed by continuosly deep breath so your heart dont have a problem during the activity and if you ignoring, you will get sudden heart failure.

The next tips is, maybe sometimes you feel so tired of running and feels bored  to end it as fast as you can. What if you've got a mp3 player to get rid of your boredom. Load it in your mp3 player with songs that depend on compatibility with your soul. So with this you do not get bored.
